There are untapped sources of happiness in our later years. Positive aging is not how well we’re able to dodge our infirmities, but rather our ability to focus on what makes life worthwhile in spite of the physical or mental challenges that may arise.

Life expectancy has improved over the past few decades. Most of us will look forward to over twenty years in retirement. How we choose to address our aging bodies and minds during this time is up to us. Our beliefs in aging play a big role in our health and happiness.  In this workshop you will learn:

  • Ways to thrive at any age
  • The truths and myths of aging
  • Cognitive skills to keep our minds fresh
  • Gain perspective on the aging process
  • Cultivate a positive approach to our future years
  • See the new possibilities that this stage of life can bring

Cultivate flexibility — thinking outside the box isn’t just for youngsters. In fact, the science of aging has suggested that older adults may do this better than younger individuals. Growing old can be even more meaningful and worthwhile regardless of the challenges that a mature age inevitably presents. Join Diane Lang as she teaches positive aging principles helps you discover how to be even happy through the years. Register Here>
